Non-profit organizations have traditionally had booth space at the Crested Butte Arts Festival – it’s a great way to spread your message and educate people! If your organization would like to have a presence at this year’s Festival, please fill out the following form. We will let you know the status of your application as soon as possible.

  • Informational Non-Profit Booth Fee: $200
  • Retail Non-Profit Booth Fee: $300
  • Booth size: 10′ x 10′ a white tent is required

What do you hope to accomplish at the Festival?

My organization will have our booth set up and ready to go no later than 4 pm on Friday and will clean up and strike our booth no later than 6 pm on Sunday. We will provide at least one person to be present in the booth for the duration of the Festival (Fri: 5-9 pm; Sat/Sun: 10 am – 5 pm). I am aware that we are solely responsible for packing out and/or recycling any and all waste and refuse created during the Festival. I understand that failure to comply with any of these regulations will result in ineligibility for participation in the future.

Your check will only be deposited if the Festival accepts your application; you will be notified approximately July 1. A letter with more information and booth assignment will be emailed to you later in July. Thank you!
